Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

In short: Concorde is a platform that connects players, parents, coaches and clubs. Be respectful, show up for the games you join, and remember that lessons and courts are provided by the coaches and clubs, not by Concorde.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Concorde Sport mobile app and this website (together, "Concorde"), run by Concorde Sport ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Concorde, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Payments & Refunds policy.

2. Concorde is a platform

Concorde helps people find each other and organise sport. We are not a club, a coach or a sports school.

  • Courts are owned and run by clubs. Lessons and academy groups are given by coaches and clubs.
  • Agreements to play, book a court or take a lesson are between the players, parents, coaches and clubs involved.
  • We don't control and aren't responsible for the quality, safety or availability of courts, lessons or games, or for what users do on and off court.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Children use Kids Academy through a parent's or legal guardian's account.
  • Use your real name and a phone number you control. Keep your details up to date.
  • One person, one account. Don't share your account or sign up on behalf of someone else (except a parent adding their child).
  • You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us quickly if you think someone else is using it.
  • Clubs and coaches who register must have the right to represent that club or to offer those lessons.

4. How to behave

Concorde works because people show up and play fair. You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone, in chat or on court;
  • post false, misleading, offensive or illegal content;
  • pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your level on purpose;
  • use Concorde to sell, advertise or spam, unless we've agreed to it;
  • collect other users' data, or use their contact details for anything other than organising sport;
  • try to break, copy, reverse-engineer or overload the app.

Please report any behaviour that worries you. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Games, court requests and lessons

  • Open games: if you host a game, describe it honestly (time, place, level). If you join one, show up or cancel as early as you can.
  • Court requests: a court request is only confirmed once the club accepts it in the app. The club's own rules, prices and cancellation terms apply to the court.
  • Lessons and groups: requests to join a group or book a private lesson are confirmed by the coach. The coach decides on content, level and schedule.
  • Levels and ladders: levels and ladder positions are a guide to help find fair games. They are not an official ranking.

6. Kids Academy

  • Only a parent or legal guardian may add a child, and they confirm they have the right to do so.
  • The parent is responsible for the child's participation, for telling the coach about any health or safety needs, and for bringing and collecting the child as agreed with the coach or club.
  • Coaches and clubs are responsible for supervising children during their sessions and for following applicable safeguarding rules.

7. Clubs and coaches

  • Concorde is free during early access. Any fees for clubs or coaches are announced in advance and shown in the app before they apply.
  • Clubs and coaches must keep their information (opening hours, courts, groups, prices) accurate and respond to requests in good time.
  • Clubs and coaches are responsible for their own facilities, staff, insurance, qualifications, permits and taxes.

8. Payments and Concorde Pro

  • In-app payments with Whish and card are coming at launch. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, under their own terms.
  • Academy sessions are paid per session. Payments for lessons and sessions go to the coach or club; Concorde collects them on their behalf and keeps a service fee from the coach's or club's share. Parents pay the price shown in the app, nothing more.
  • Concorde Pro is an optional subscription for players. Pricing and features are shown in the app before you subscribe.
  • Cancellations and refunds follow our Payments & Refunds policy.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (profile details, messages, coach notes). You give us a licence to store, show and process it only as needed to run Concorde. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

The Concorde name, logo, app and website belong to Concorde Sport. Don't use them without our permission.

10. Safety and liability

  • Sport has risks. You take part at your own risk and should only play at a level and intensity that's safe for you.
  • Meet other players in public places such as clubs, and use your judgement.
  • Concorde is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
  • To the extent allowed by Lebanese law, Concorde is not liable for injuries, losses or disputes arising from games, courts, lessons or the behaviour of other users, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

11. Suspension and closing your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other users at risk or is used for fraud. Some information may be kept after closing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. We'll always try to resolve problems with you directly first. If we can't, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using Concorde after that, you accept the new Terms.
